I know our late snow and slow start to spring really put my usual garden schedule out of whack.  If you haven’t gotten all of your herbs or vegetables planted there is still time.  Many people, me included, don’t really get the garden planted until the first week of June so you are not far behind.  With plenty of warm summer days ahead your plants will catch up in no time and all vegetables are now only $1.49, even 4 and 6 packs too!

We have lots of pepper and tomato varieties available, heirlooms too.  Don’t forget brussels sprouts, cauliflower, cabbage, squash, cucumbers and lots of others along with a large selection of herbs perfect for the garden or containers too.  We have rosemary, several mint and basil varieties, oregano, parsley, thyme and taragon plus several lavenders too.

Don’t forget to pick up some compost or organic garden soil to amend the soil before planting and also be sure you have a general purpose vegetable fertilizer like Happy Frog or Garden-tone to give new plants a jump start.
