In many of our past blog posts about pollinator-friendly planting, we’ve discussed the Lawns to Legumes Program with readers. This program offers Minnesota residents the opportunity to apply for individual grants, which offer up to $300 reimbursement to cover the costs of establishing pollinator gardens in their yards. There was a lot of interest in the program with its initial launch and this next round of funding has been highly anticipated! So we wanted to share with you that it’s now official! The Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources is now accepting a new round of applications for these grants. Aside from the cost-sharing bit, the program also offers workshops, coaching, and planting guides to help residents succeed! l2l-photo-bar_original
